RESERVATION

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:

For Philippine based clients:
1.  Clear photocopies of two(2) Government issued IDs (both spouse, if married)
2.  Duly signed Reservation Forms that I will provide
3.  P25,0000 (cash, check, credit card) Reservation Fee

For Clients' abroad:

1.  Clear photocopies of two(2) Government issued IDs (both spouse, if married)
2.  Duly signed Reservation Forms that I will provide thru EMAIL.  Print, sign, scan and email!        
3.  P25,0000 (thru your relatives here in PH or bank deposit or cash remittance) RF


RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
1.  Choose your desire Tower and Floor and Unit Number
2.  Choose your desire Payment Term
3.  Furnish the Reservation Requirements
4.  I will provide you a temporary Acknowledgment Receipt as a proof that I received the                     corresponding Reservation Fee from you
5.  On the same day, I will go to SMDC main office (ECOM, MOA, Pasay) to book your reservation/s
6.  We will meet after 2 to 3 weeks for your Official Receipt and your Schedule of Payment form, this is your guide in preparing your Post-Dated Checks for your monthly DownPayment based on you chosen payment term/s.
7.  There will be a computer generated LETTER from SMDC that will be couriered to your mailing address


AFTER RESERVATION:
1.  We will meet again, in showroom or at your place of convenience for the PDCs
2.  I will remit the PDCs to SMDC
3.  Your Contract to Sell will be mailed to your mailing address weeks after your first month downpayment
4.  After signing Contract to Sell, simply mail back to SMDC using the paid return mail envelop
5.  Official Receipts for your Monthly DownPayment will be mailed to your mailing address on a quarterly basis and via Phil. Postal
